ColdCristal give you a ban for a reason , Ex: Spamming , Swearing , etc.. , Contact your re-seller if you want to get the account back. ColdCristal will decide if he will un-ban you or not.

This is not a ban really. Accounts from resellers cannot access this site, that's how it works.
