paysafe-, amazon- or psn-card exchange for 30-90d licence

hi,
iam not able to buy teckcard (not able for every german or english person cuz g2a doesnt support teckcard anymore) and i dont have paypal cuz iam only 17 (so iam not able to buy a licence).
does anyone of the resellers or staffs exchange paysafe-, amazon- or psn-card for a 30-90d licence?
