and what it is in the menu - "ESP" & teleport save/load?

ESP stands for extra sensory perception. You will see names and health of all people on the map. Teleport hack allows you to pick 2 hotkeys - one for save and one for load. When you press save hotkey hack will save your position. Then you can press load hotkey any time you want to teleport back to your saved position which can be for example your favourite spot or bomb site.
