No, we are withdrawing support for PayPal. It's expensive and unreliable.

You can easily exchange any national currency to BTC/LTC/ETH, credit/debit cards and bank transfers are accepted by every major exchange.

Well I doubt you will find someone that accepts PayPal because it's unreliable as hell. However you add funds to PayPal via credit card or bank transfer, right? That's what every major exchange will accept. Most people go with Coinbase.

You can try localbitcoins for small amounts someone MIGHT accept PayPal but I wouldn't count on it. If Coinbase doesn't like your card maybe just try other exchange.
