Inventory hack

What ex-items are there in the hack?
and if u can post images showing all the inventory items plz
am planing to buy it today but just to make sure i get the right hack

At the moment only wolf strenghtening items and Wolf Special Ability (hang on wall and running only) are working.
Other items like Wolf Kings, etc. are considered as not working (although I have some reports that they work sometimes).

Items I mentioned work on every supproted version.
