Hello, here is my question: How does the character card section work? For example, can I upgrade only the Tetra OV character card to level 2 or 3, or do all characters with cards automatically upgrade to level 4? Do we have the option to make a specific choice?

All cards are available, you can always make a choice which matches your needs.
