I bought a bu3lwaxd coldhack files but do not inspire confidence, Total says it has trojan virus
I want my money back I do not run anything. do not use anything

I already told you that hash of starter pack you have received from Bu3lwa perfectly matches original files which eliminates the possibility of files being manipulated. Also the point of official reseller status is well explained in FAQ. Official resellers were choosen very carefully and it's not easy to earn this status but I'm sure all of them can guarantee perfect safety and customer satisfaction. This is a cheating software so it's rather obvious it will trigger some false positives. However most trustworthy anti-viruses have no problems with it or "detected" it only via heuristic scan. If you don't trust that you shouldn't have bought it in the first place.

there is no such a reason to refund , also cheating softwares already known that they have problems with antivirus.
run it in virtual machine if you don't really understand what we are saying.

Maybe try understand the term false positive. As I've already mentioned it's normal to happen with at least some anti-viruses.
