Please don't insult me, I just have trouble understanding some things sometimes. Okay, so my question is: ColdHacks works with Aeria Games' Wolfteam, right?

If so, where can I buy it? I can only use paypal to buy them.

This is a hard question to answer. Generally your ping to the server isn't very important. It's connection with other players that matters and that's dependent on the distance from random people you will meet in the same room.
