I think you talk about 2 different things. Cold Team license is bound to your machine. You can play on one computer unless you reset your HWID via subscription management panel.

As for bans, there is no rule here. Staff can choose different punishments if somebody, for example records a meaningful video of you cheating. With Cold Team you are safe from hardware bans thanks to Anti-HWID Ban feature.
