turkey reseller's of cold hack

I have problem turkey official reseller's.They didn't give my cold hack.So ı decide to buy here.But ı have a question.
I see hwid(hardware id) system cold hack in turkey's sellers. we only access hwid ssytem and user-password. We can rechange hwid. İn here,have we this system ?
How will we use cold hack? Have we personal forum about this subject?

My english is bad. So ı'm sory.I hope i could explain my problem.

I'm sure you won't have any problem with official resellers. Purchasing here isn't a good idea if you don't know english. You won't be able to understand usage rules, how to use management panels or get support. Forum is full of resources but it's an english speaking community.
